Colourwork Class

Get started with stranded colourwork.

Adding a second colour into your project is a fun way to create some interest into your plain knitting. Our Colourwork class teaches you how to do stranded colourwork using two colours at the same time. If your floats are long enough, I’ll also teach you how to catch them.

Class will be held on Saturday, September 26th, 1:00 to 3:00PM. Or book your own time that suits you better during store hours. If you need another day or time, please leave a note as to when would be better for you.

Cost is $50 (plus supplies). As this class allows you to choose your own pattern (which must be approved beforehand), you’ll need to be ready to work on colourwork in the class. If you need help with getting ready, please stop by ahead of time so we can get you going.

There's a list of some recommended patterns below. We're looking for simple, two colour stranded colourwork that is knit in the round like a toque or a cowl.
