The new year is about to begin. I'm hoping that it will include a return to normal life soon. I know it's been hard on all of us dealing with what 2020 brought to the world.
This post has all the latest news for Sweet Yarns. January is starting off a little different. Please read through all the notes below.
Due to the current lockdown in Northern Ontario, Sweet Yarns is only able to offer curbside pick up, delivery in Greater Sudbury, and shipping. Until we can return to instore shopping, I will be at the store every few days to check messages and fulfill orders.
You can shop through the website any time. I'll let you know when your order will be filled and when it can be picked up, delivered or when it will be going out in the mail.
If you prefer to not shop online, send me your list via email or a phone message. I can take etransfers, credit cards or cash.
When Greater Sudbury returns to green or yellow and the lockdown is over, I'll send out another update.
We have a great group of knitters who will be starting our New Year KAL on January 1st. Tune in for a Facebook Live at 2PM whether you'll be knitting or not.
Don't forget to share your projects as we worth through them. Join our Sweet Yarnies' group to see the Frosted Memories projects as well as others our crafters are working on.
I've opened up some of our Preorders again. We've got a great selection of tools for knitters and crocheters. You may not have gotten what you wanted for Christmas, but you can make sure to get them in the new year. More will be added as they become available.
As we start into the new year, I'll be working at getting all the backordered items filled. I wish we could have gotten it all done before Christmas but some items won't be arriving at suppliers until sometime in January and February. Thank you again for your patience.
Our virtual fun will be starting up again on Monday, January 4th. Make sure to tune in on Facebook.
Virtual Craft Break - Mondays at 12:30PM (half an hour) through Facebook Live.
Virtual Knit Night - Thursdays at 6:30PM (one hour) through Facebook Live.
Stay safe and healthy!
