I know many of us are looking forward to this year being over especially with this holiday season being different. But we've got one month left to go and I wanted to make sure you know what's going on at the store.
This has all the latest news for Sweet Yarns. The current new normal will continue for the month of December with a few changes at the end. Please read through all the notes below.
SHOPPING
Our current hours will be continuing into December for the first three weeks. The store will be open for shopping: Tuesdays - 10AM to 5PM, Thursdays - 1PM to 6PM, and Saturday - 10AM to 3PM, at which times I will be returning messages and filling orders. If those times don't suit, you can book an appointment. Please contact the store to book a time.
We will continue to offer curbside pick up and free delivery in Greater Sudbury. We are taking cash, debit and credit cards in store, etransfers and credit cards over the phone or messages, or credit cards and PayPal through the website. When you do come into the store, you are welcome to peruse the shelves however we are asking that you not touch anything unless you are purchasing it. We want all our customers to be comfortable and get the supplies they need whichever way suits best.
For the week of December 20th, we will be open Tuesday (22nd) and Wednesday (23rd) only from 10AM to 4PM. After that, the store will be closed for our annual Christmas Break until Tuesday, January 5th. If you do need to shop during our closure, we are offering to book appointments December 28th to 30th. Please send an email or Facebook/Instagram message to book a spot during those three days.

Last chance to get in our three prize draw! Entries close December 9th at Midnight. Draw will be done on our Virtual Knit Night on December 10th. All the details are posted in our Sweet Yarnies group. Now is a great time to join the group if you haven't yet. Catch up with other crafters and get inspired by what they are working on.

ORDERING
We're hoping to get everything cleared up in the next few weeks as many things have been on back order. We're closing up our Preorders as of December 1st and will be planning to reopen them along with our regular ordering process in the new year.
Please note though that our suppliers are still working with delays as some of their yarns, tools and accessories come from other countries outside of North America. This may continue for quite some time in 2021. If you have ordered something and you haven't heard from me yet, it's likely that what you wanted was delayed. As always, as soon as your order arrives, we get a hold of you and let you know.
